As the early years of my Panthers fandom, and hockey in general, peaked throughout the 2000’s, one name that always brought a smile to my face was David Booth. Watching him streak across the ice, it would become a tradition to chant, “Boooooth!”, every time that he held the puck.

One of the Panthers strongest players of the last decade, Booth was traded to Vancouver with tears flowing down his face only six games into the 2011-12 season.
